We are proud to present our new grinding wheel for rubber rolls with Korin technology, fruit of the valuable production heritage of Fiamma Abrasivi, a historical company placed in Milan specialised in the manufacture of abrasive wheels, whose technical heritage TIAC has collected and developed.
This grinding wheel is specifically designed for grinding rubber rolls and responds to the specific needs of sectors such as printing, the textile industry and everything related to handling on rubber rollers and rubber wheels.
The Korin grinding wheel is characterised by a great self-sharpening capacity, guaranteeing constant performance over time without frequent maintenance.
Thanks to its particularly high porosity, developed through a complex technological process by our research team, it is possible to achieve significant heat dissipation, reducing the risk of overheating and deformation during machining.

A key feature of the Korin grinding wheel is its self-cooling property: the combination of its high porosity and the special mix of abrasives, which gives it incredible sharpness, enables the wheel to constantly dissipate the heat generated during the process. In addition, the self-sharpening capacity prevents clogging of the grinding wheel itself.
These features, which are particularly valuable in dry grinding operations typical of rubber grinding, reduce the causes of breakage by 91%.
