The combination of the properties of resinoid-bonded grinding wheels, such as elasticity and resilience, and the highly porous structure guarantee indisputable production benefits.
Diamond grinding operations are practically eliminated, benefiting grinding wheel life and reducing machine downtime.
The extremely porous structure not only provides a higher stock removal capacity by reducing workpiece contact temperatures, but also a cleaner grinding wheel. This makes them particularly suitable for machining extremely thin parts, such as piston rings, ferrules and rings.
