March, Safety Month at TIAC: the Safety Friday initiative
In an ever-changing industrial environment, investing in safety and training is not just a duty, but a strategic choice to ensure the well-being of employees and the long-term success of the company.
For this reason, March has become Safety Month for TIAC: a period entirely dedicated to professional growth and spreading of a solid culture of safety.
Safety Friday: a weekly effort for safety
The Safety Friday initiative is designed to promote the importance of safety and upgrade employees’ skills.
Every Friday afternoon in March, from 14:00 to 16:00, interactive and engaging training sessions are organised to stimulate the active engagement of all staff.
Meetings are led by industry experts and qualified TIAC team members, with the aim of providing practical tools to manage workplace safety challenges.
The benefits of a safety culture and training
Training is not only a mandatory requirement, but a key tool for personal and corporate growth. Through Safety Friday, TIAC aims to:
- Promote innovation: by stimulating new ideas and effective solutions through continuous learning;
- Increase motivation: by supporting the personal and professional development of employees and improving the corporate climate;
- Promoting adaptability: by preparing employees for future challenges in an ever-changing market
An investment in the future
Safety Friday is an opportunity to strengthen the corporate culture and create a safer and more aware working environment.
TIAC is committed to make training a moment of real growth, not only for individual employees, but for the entire organisation.
With the active participation of everyone, this initiative contributes to consolidating TIAC’s position as a company that cares about the well-being of its employees and operational excellence.
