Technical Salesperson

Job description: TIAC is looking for a dynamic, motivated Technical Salesperson to expand and solidify our market presence in Italy and abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customers supplied by the company in the assigned territories, as well as for seeking out and acquiring new customers. A key part of the role will be to promote technical field trials, actively contributing to the company’s continued growth.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio in the territories assigned.
  • Identify and acquire new customers.
  • Promote and organise technical field trials to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide customised technical solutions to customers.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events to increase company visibility and generate new business opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical/mechanical training (no degree required).
  • Previous sales experience in the mechanical industry is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally.
