Technical Manager

Job description: TIAC is looking for a qualified Technical Manager to supervise and coordinate one of our production departments. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate effectively with other departments and the warehouse, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimising production times.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of the production department assigned, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with other departments and the warehouse to efficiently manage the workflow.
• Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce production time.
• Resolve any operational problems and promptly report critical issues to management.
• Draw up periodic reports on the progress of the department and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Technical/mechanical background (no engineering degree required).
• Previous experience of at least three years in a similar position.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Proactivity and aptitude for problem solving.
